• Application: the software program named LaterReadRSS, available for iOS (iPhone) and iPadOS (iPad).

• Country: Spain.
• Device: any device that can access the Service, such as an iPhone, iPad, or other compatible Apple device.
• Service: refers to the Application.
• You: the person accessing or using the Service.

1. Introduction

Welcome to LaterReadRSS ("the app"). LaterReadRSS is an app that lets you add RSS, Atom, and JSON Feed sources, refresh articles, and read them in a clean library. By using the app, you accept these Terms of Service.

2. Use of the services

When using LaterReadRSS, you agree to use the app responsibly and to comply with the terms and conditions of the sites and feeds you add.

• You are responsible for reviewing and respecting the terms of use of each external provider.
• You must not use the app for illegal, harmful, fraudulent activities or activities that violate the rights of third parties.
• You must not attempt to use the app to overload, abusively scrape, or interfere with third-party services.

3. Data processing

The use that LaterReadRSS makes of data is described in more detail in the Privacy Policy. In summary:

• The app does not create first-party accounts or persistent profiles tied to your identity.
• Most of the information is kept on your device and, if you enable iCloud, it can also be synchronized through Apple services.
• Refreshing feeds involves network requests to the sources you add and may generate minimal technical metadata at those providers.

By using the app, you accept such data processing as described in the LaterReadRSS Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

LaterReadRSS does not claim ownership of the content published by the feeds you add.

• Rights over articles, titles, summaries, images, and links belong to their respective owners.
• You remain responsible for ensuring you make legitimate use of the sources you add to the app.

The Service and its original content (excluding the Content provided by you or other users), its features and functionality are and will remain the property of LaterReadRSS or its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other laws.

5. No warranties

No warranties: LaterReadRSS and its services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No professional advice: Nothing offered by LaterReadRSS should be interpreted as legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind.

6. Limitation of liability

No liability for third parties: LaterReadRSS is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, interruptions, failures, or negligence of third-party service providers, nor for any damages or losses arising from their use.

Your responsibility: By using the app, you take responsibility for verifying the suitability and accuracy of any information obtained. You accept that LaterReadRSS will not be liable for decisions you make based on content obtained through the app.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability arising from the Service shall be limited to the amount you have actually paid for it, or to 100 USD if you have not made any payment.

7. Suspension or termination

LaterReadRSS does not manage first-party user accounts. We may cancel or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms and conditions.

Links to other websites: Our Service may contain content or links to third-party websites or services that are not owned by or controlled by LaterReadRSS. LaterReadRSS has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party websites or services.

8. Changes to the Terms of Service

We may occasionally update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in the app, in the third-party services used, or in applicable legal requirements. The current version will be the one published on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top of the document.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Service will be interpreted in accordance with Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights that may apply to you as a consumer under mandatory regulations of your country of residence.

If you reside in the European Union, the processing of your data and the contractual relationship arising from the use of the app will be governed, among other rules, by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and by the national data protection regulations that apply.

These Terms and conditions may have been translated. You agree that the original Spanish text will prevail in case of dispute.
